Brandon Ingram will be sitting out for the rest of the season because of an arm/shoulder injury according to reports. Is this the last game that Ingram plays for the Lakers?
That is a valid question because the Los Angeles Lakers are going to make a lot of changes after this season ends. They aren’t going to make the playoffs this year and that has riled the whole team. Young players have been thrown under the bus by LeBron James and that almost guarantees that someone will be traded to appease James.
Ingram has been one of the bright spots this year for the Lakers and he has been one a tear lately. He is averaging 18.3 points per game and has playing even better since the All-Star break. With his performance the Lakers should have made the playoffs. But they have played horrible.
LeBron James has been put on a minutes restriction and won’t be making the playoffs since his second year in the NBA in 2005. He is angry about not making the playoffs and his younger teammates will pay the price. That is why this summer there will be changes and Ingram may have played his last game as a Laker.
